At Remac Infotech LLC (“Remacit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality refurbished products. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or not working properly upon delivery.
  • You received a different item than what was ordered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging,labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Please note:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
  • Software issues or operating system preferences do not qualify for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, or cases (unless defective).
  • Products sold under “as-is” or “clearance” categories clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Items showing physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Items different from what was delivered.

3. Warranty and Repairs

All refurbished products come with a limited hardware warranty, which covers repair or replacement of faulty parts.
If a defect occurs after the return period, the product may still be serviced under warranty based on the terms mentioned on your invoice.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong item delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with instructions, shipping label (if applicable)

7. Shipping for Returns

  • For defective or wrong items — we will arrange a free pickup.
  • For other approved reasons — the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
